Service Description

A reactive, you break it, I fix it service offered over the phone or in-person when needed. Billed at $175 per hour during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays. Support requested and provided outside normal business hours is billed as an Emergency Support service.
